Child Support Issues- Often times the non-custodial parent who is ordered to pay child support will quit a legitimate job and "work under the table" jobs in order to avoid paying on a child support order. GAIN PI will discreetly help you determine if the non custodial parent who has been ordered to pay child support is actually working. There are ways to determine employment and financial ability to pay. GAIN PI will obtain information, which could be used to support your case.
Child Custody Issues- Child custody issues are the most sensitive types of matters to deal with. The safety and welfare of the child or children are of the utmost importance. Other issues deal with the rights of the non-custodial parent. GAIN PI will discreetly help answer your questions so you can make the best decisions for your children. Harassment/Stalking- If someone has been harassing or stalking you or a family member, GAIN PI will attempt to identify the stalker and document his/her activity, which could be presented in court to obtain a restraining order against the harasser/stalker.
Locating Family/Friends- Providing GAIN PI with as much information as possible on your missing loved one or friend will increase the odds in locating that individual for you. GAIN PI’s policy for locating the missing person is as follows: In order to prevent stalking and harassment and to preserve the safety of private citizens, it may be necessary to run a criminal background on the person requesting information prior to running the search. We must perform these searches to determine if there are any outstanding restraining orders against the person requesting the search from the person they are attempting to locate. If the background is clear GAIN PI will proceed with the locate. Once located, GAIN PI will contact the individual first. GAIN PI requires you to allow us to disclose to the individual your identity. We will request they sign a authorization for GAIN PI to release information on them to you. Or if you wish, we will provide your contact information and allow them to contact you on their own. We will inform you of the individual’s wishes. If the individual requests us not contact them again, all communication with that individual will cease, you will be provided a verbal report, which will not include the contact information.
